Ingredients

4 bell peppers, halved and seeded

1 cup cooked rice

1 can black beans, rinsed and drained

1/2 cup soigné sauce

2 cloves garlic, minced

Salt and pepper, to taste

1 tsp cumin

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 375°F.

2. In a bowl, mix rice, beans, garlic, cumin, and 1/4 cup soigné sauce.

3. Stuff the mixture into bell pepper halves.

4. Place in a baking dish, drizzle with remaining soigné sauce, and cover.

5. Bake for 30-35 minutes until peppers are tender.
