1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined

1/4 cup soigné sauce

2 cloves garlic, minced

1/2 tsp black pepper

1 tsp chili flakes (optional)

8 skewers (soaked in water if wooden)

Instructions

1. Toss shrimp in soigné sauce, garlic, black pepper, and chili flakes; let marinate for 15 minutes.

2. Thread shrimp onto skewers.

3. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

4. Grill skewers for 3-4 minutes on each side until shrimp are opaque.

5. Serve with rice.
