Because our products are food items, all sales are final unless otherwise stated in writing.

Refunds

Refunds are not guaranteed and may be issued only under the following circumstances:

  • An error was made by Soigné by KB in fulfilling your order
  • Your order was significantly damaged during shipping
  • You received the incorrect item

If you believe there is an issue with your order, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos and a description of the issue.

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Shipping Policy

Shipping availability, fees, and delivery times are displayed at checkout.

Once an order has been shipped, Soigné by KB is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers
  • Lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation
  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before completing your purchase.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and items.

For packages marked as delivered but not received, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly. While we will assist where possible, replacements or refunds are not guaranteed for carrier-related issues.

Local Pickup (If Available)

If local pickup is offered:

  • Pickup details will be provided at checkout or via email confirmation
  • Orders not picked up within the designated timeframe may be forfeited without refund
